Yes. Every published form comes with a responsive embed snippet from the Share & Embed panel in My Forms.

Is my data shared with third parties?+

No. Form data isn't sold or shared. AI form generation sends only your prompt text to the AI provider — never your submission data.

Do I need an account?+

Yes — building and managing forms requires a free account, so your forms and submissions stay tied to you. Filling out someone else's published form never requires an account.

Can I limit a form to one response per person?+

Yes, in that form's Settings. It's enforced with a browser cookie, which is a reasonable deterrent for casual re-submission but not a strict identity check.
